Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for Namd subscriptions, provided by Namd. Because you can try Namd before paying, we keep it simple: cancel any time, and payments already made are not refunded.

Try before you pay

New accounts approved for the free trial get 14 days to use Namd with real clients at no cost, and no card is needed for the trial. Please use it to decide whether Namd fits your needs before you subscribe.

Cancelling

• You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account, or by emailing support@namd.io.
• After you cancel, you are not charged again. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for.
• There are no cancellation fees and no minimum term for monthly plans.

Refunds

• Subscription payments (monthly and annual) are non-refundable, including for partly used periods.
• If you were charged by mistake, for example charged twice or charged after cancelling, email us within 30 days and we will refund the incorrect charge in full.
• Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Changing plans

You can move to a higher or lower plan at any time. The new price applies from your next billing date.
