Shipping & Delivery Policy

Namd, provided by Namd, is online software (software as a service). Nothing physical is shipped, and there are no shipping charges.

How you get access

• Your plan is activated on your account as soon as your payment is confirmed, usually within a few minutes.
• You use Namd in your web browser by logging in to your account. There is nothing to download or install.
• A payment receipt is sent to the email address on your account.

Reports and emails

Weekly checks run automatically, and reports are available in your dashboard and by email. Client reports are delivered as links and PDFs that you download and share.

If access doesn't start

If your plan isn't active within 24 hours of payment, email support@namd.io with your account email and we will fix it or refund the payment. See also our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
