Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of Namd (the “Service”). By creating an account you agree to them. If you use the Service for a company or for clients, you agree on their behalf and confirm you have the authority to do so.

Your account

• Keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• Only add websites, Search Console properties and email recipients you are authorised to use.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the Service: no attempts to break or overload it, scrape it, resell access without our agreement, or use it for anything unlawful.

Plans and billing

• Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance through our payment partners and renew until cancelled. Prices are in US dollars, or Indian rupees for customers in India. Prices include any applicable taxes.
• You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. Payments are non-refundable except for charges made in error, as set out in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
• We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice.

Data and reports

• You own the data you add and the reports produced for you. You give us permission to process it to run the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
• Rankings, search volumes, AI answers and other metrics come from third parties and change constantly. They are provided for information and may be incomplete or inaccurate. We don't guarantee any ranking, traffic or AI visibility outcome.

Availability

We aim to keep the Service running smoothly but don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or improve features over time.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is”, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or data.

Ending your use

You can stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

Changes and contact
